Courtney and Grant were the first to go to auction, their property attracting Danny Wallis, Adrien Portelli and Jacob Najjar of Acai Thirsty Monkey, who arrived on his private jet.

With Tom Panos as auctioneer, it took an intense few minutes before Jacob shocked everyone by bidding three million dollars, only to be countered by Adrian with $3.1 then $3.3 million, outbidding him -even.

Adrian was the highest bidder, meaning Courtney and Grant are now $1,300,050 richer.

Despite being the most controversial home on The Block, Kylie and Brad’s predominantly black creation saw 13 bidders.

“In any year, any house, any suburb, we haven’t seen 13 registered bidders for a house… ever,” said a surprised Shelley, with Scott adding that they were “flabbergasted” .

The house was second in the bidding list, with Scott Kennedy Green as auctioneer.

Their Gothic-inspired home ended up being sold for $2.6 million to Adrian Portelli, who arrived at the last minute to acquire the property.

The residence sold for $2,930,000, netting Kristian and Mimi $1,000,030.

‘Lambo guy’ Adrian, who spent a whopping $12 million on three of the properties in 2023, ended up buying all of the homes in The Block, after using a buyer’s agent to purchase the property from Mimi and Kristian.

The dad of one said it would be his last year on The Block, so he wanted to go out with a bang. He ended up spending $15,030,000 in one day and broke a Block record by purchasing every house.

“It depends on the outcome of the auction,” Kylie replied jokingly, with Brad adding: “We’ll see how much of that becomes my fault.”

ICYMI: Kylie discovered Brad had flirted with Mimi late one night after she finished work, then a week later the married couple reportedly left for good, with Kylie saying they wouldn’t return for the auction.

“I don’t want to come back to the auction, I don’t want to come back and have to deal with it. I don’t. I literally don’t,” she angrily told Brad.

Earlier this week, Scott Cam told Fitzy and Wippa that he wasn’t sure if the couple would show up or not.

“We can’t confirm anything with these guys because they’re not in contact, so we’re not sure to be honest, we don’t know how it’s going to go,” he said.
