Ingredients:

Sea salt

Himalayan pink salt

Ritual:

1. For the last supermoon of 2024, take special care in preparing your space. Physically clean it, including doors, windows and floors. You can do this on the same day as your full moon ritual or a day or two before.

2. Once your space is physically cleansed, it’s time to cleanse it spiritually. Start by burning sage and let the smoke dance gently while clearing your space of negative, stagnant energy. Follow it with palo santo and thank the sacred herb and tree for their healing properties.

3. Next, bring a large pot of water to a gentle boil. While the water is heating, you can start adding your ingredients.

4. Start with a few handfuls of herbs. You can massage the herbs beforehand if you wish. This will help release the natural oils in the herbs.

5. Next, add a few drops of essential oils and a few drops of Florida water. Mix with a wooden spoon as you express your intentions into the water.

6. Add one cup each of sea salt and Himalayan pink salt and mix with a wooden spoon until completely dissolved.

7. Reduce the heat and simmer very gently for about 10 minutes. Then drain and let the limpia water cool to the desired and safe temperature.

8. Cover the top of your limpia with flower petals and save some flowers for your Taurus Supermoon altar.

9. Find a good place for your altar. When you do, place the candle, crystals, a vase with flowers, and anything else you would like to add to your altar. Light the candle to symbolize that your intentions have been received and the magic is happening.

10. Take your limpia bowl into the shower and when you’re ready, pour it gently over your body. As it rolls over your skin, imagine it scrubbing and cleaning away whatever is holding you back.

11. Then air dry or dry with a light-colored towel. Now you can journal, dance, sing, pray, make love, or whatever you feel called to do.
