The Pittsburgh Pirates are offering a unique deal to one lucky fan in exchange for a rare Paul Skenes rookie card.

Skenes, a star pitcher for the Pirates, has a 1/1 Rookie Debut Patch autograph card that recently debuted, and the team wants to share it with the Pittsburgh Pirates fan base.

And the team is ready to offer a substantial price for the card.

In a social media post on the Pittsburgh Pirates’ special spring training experience, two autographed Paul Skene jerseys, meet and greet with Skenes, batting practice and warm-ups with the Pirates team.

This rare card can be found in a 2024 Topps Chrome Update Pack, which debuted on November 13.

Skenes was the No. 1 pick in the 2023 draft out of LSU and made his major league debut on May 11 and had an outstanding rookie year, including being selected to start in the National League All-Star Game.

The 22-year-old right-hander finished with an 11-3 record and a 1.96 ERA in 23 starts. Skenes also struck out 170 batters and walked 32 in 133 innings, the Associated Press reported.
