Mobile Freedom from Quebecor has launched its Black Friday deals for 2024. The company’s website says: “Light up Black Friday with big savings.”

The main plan remains its $35/month plan with Canada-US-Mexico roaming, which now includes 5GB of Roam Beyond to use in over 100 destinations. Fido, Koodo And Virgo Plus And same Public Mobile have yet to debut in Mexico roaming like this.

When it comes to Freedom Mobile’s smartphone savings for Black Friday, we’re seeing the following discounts on the iPhone 15, Galaxy S24 FE, and Pixel 9:

  • iPhone15: $20/month with TradeUp on $45 Canada-US-Mexico plan (75GB data), includes digital discount and $5 credit x 18 months, 2 year term required.
  • Samsung Galaxy S24 FE: $0/month with TradeUp on a $45/month plan (75GB 5G data), includes digital discount and $5 credit x 18 months, 2 year term required.
  • Google Pixel 9: $4/month with TradeUp on a $45/month plan (75GB 5G data), includes digital discount and $5 credit x 18 months, 2 year term required.

Freedom Mobile’s bring-your-own-device plans as of November 19 are as follows: All include Canada-US-Mexico roaming, unlimited talk and text and are digitally discounted unless otherwise noted:

  • $55/100 GB: 20 GB of Roam Beyond data in over 100 destinations and $5/month credit for 18 months.
  • $45/75GB: 10 GB of Roam Beyond data in over 100 destinations and $5/month credit for 18 months.
  • $35/50GB: 5 GB of one-time Roam Beyond and a $5/month credit for 18 months
  • $29/10GB: Includes a $5/month credit for 18 months
  • $20/3GB: 2 hours of talk time, unlimited SMS.
  • $5/100 MB: 2 hours of talk time, unlimited SMS.

For plans with a $5/month credit for 18 months, Freedom Mobile says you can extend that credit forever, if you also sign up for Internet during that time. Plus, the $5/100MB plan still charges a $45 connection fee if you sign up online (well, try to avoid that fee, buddy).

Will we see these Black Friday plans get juicier in the next 10 days?
