This will continue until the start of the tenancy where Rosie will personally welcome the tenants and communicate everything that has been discussed to enable a smooth start.

Additionally, we have a hands-on approach throughout the rental and will always try to self-diagnose a problem to keep your costs down, as the vast majority of reported issues can be corrected without a visit from a contractor. Our contractors are sourced locally and with our strong relationships, this means we get quick and efficient responses seven days a week, further limiting your costs by preventing problems from escalating.
