Victor (Eric Braeden) realizes that Claire (Hayley Erin) is a new member of the Newman family. This is why he is ready to forgive her. She didn’t know how things were supposed to work here.

Victor has been so busy lately that he hasn’t had time to explain to Claire how, before embarking on a relationship – professional, personal, casual – Claire needs to make contact with Victor and make sure that ‘he approves. It’s okay, my darling. Grandfather understands. You didn’t know that before. But you know that now.

So, without you having to ask, I’m happy to answer: no, you can’t date Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Run now and tell your mother that I forgive her for not telling you about this. But I don’t forgive your father. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cole (J. Eddie Peck) will soon break up. She also forgot to ask my permission. Young people today.

Say it all

Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters) did such a good job faking their breakup that Jack’s family rightly hates her. (Well, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) has always hated her, but that’s new to Traci (Beth Maitland).)

But hey, funny story! It was all an act! So, remember those horrible things she said about me, our son and our family? Yeah, forget them! It’s Thanksgiving, after all!

New beginnings

And while everyone reunites with family members they may have been separated from, Nate (Sean Dominic) learns more about the new ones. Amy (Valarie Pettiford) wants Nate to go save her previously unknown half-brother, Damian. Nate promised to think about it. Nate finished thinking about it just in time for Thanksgiving.
