Mahindra Group integrates Steer Hybren as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Susten

The Mahindra Group has incorporated Steer Hybren Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Susten Private Limited.

Established on November 29, 2024 in Mumbai, the new entity aims to expand the group’s footprint in renewable energy solutions.

Steer Hybren will focus on electricity generation and distribution as an independent power producer (IPP). Its scope includes rooftop solar installations for the commercial, industrial, institutional and residential sectors, as well as energy storage systems and other renewable energy sources.

The initial paid-up capital of ₹15 lakh includes 1,50,000 shares fully subscribed by Mahindra Susten. With Steer Hybren, Mahindra aims to tap the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions across multiple sectors.
