A fitness influencer, who lost more than 45 kg, recommended snacks to lose fat and emphasized that it is possible to enjoy your favorite foods while losing weight.

Weight loss is a rigorous journey filled with tough decisions and discipline. However, this shouldn’t force you to give up eating your favorite foods. Dulce Rodriguez, a aptitude influencer who lost over 100 pounds (around 45 kg), believes in the same mantra. She took to Instagram to share her top 5 snacks that helped her lose fat and gain muscle. She also added that you don’t have to stop eating the foods you love to see results.

“Don’t stop eating the food you love”

Dulce shared a before and after photo of herself in the post, along with the snacks she ate during her weight loss and the maintenance route. In the caption, she stressed that losing fat and eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring.

She added: “I used to think I should eat as little food as possible, just salads and hard boiled eggs in order to see results as they have been misguided for years. Let this remind you that you don’t have to stop eating the foods you love to see results. Remember to nourish your body every day, eat enough, hit that protein goal, and be patient! The gains will come (sic).

Top 5 snacks to lose fat and gain muscle

The first snack – carne asada tacos – suggested by Dulce, contains 174 calories, 15g of protein and 9g of carbohydrates. She also suggested egg and cheese tacos (428 calories, 27g protein and 22g carbs), a protein shake with a mini yogurt parfait (349 calories, 38g protein and 13g carbs), thin bagel pizzas (201 calories, 23 g carbs and 14 g carbs). g of protein) and pepperoni quesadillas (192 calories and 23 g of carbohydrates).
