Arifonso ‘Mosquito’ Zvenyika Forgives His Cheating Wife: His Beautiful Wife Reveals Why She Flee After Lula Lula With Her Boyfriend

Mbaré – In a surprising turn of events that has left many speechless in Mbare, former boxing champion Arifonso “Mosquito” Zvenyika has publicly forgiven his wife, Jesman Mutokonya, 40, for an adulterous affair with an identified man like Leonard Jamanda.

The affair revealed by H-Metro saw Mutokonya flee the family home in shame after her infidelity was discovered by her husband.

Mutokonya, speaking openly about the incident, expressed deep remorse. “What was published in H-Metro was true, I’m sorry for what I did and I won’t do it again,” she confessed.

“I want to believe that I was used by the Devil to succumb to temptation,” she added.

Shame and fear of confrontation led her to seek refuge with her sister, leaving her children behind.

“I was afraid of Arifonso, that’s why I packed my bags and fled the house, leaving my children behind. “I also couldn’t face my parents because of this evil thing,” she said.

The unexpected reconciliation began with a gesture of humility from Zvenyika.

“My husband shocked me by visiting my parents, begging me to come home saying he had forgiven me,” Mutokonya said.

Initially fearing a trap, she was amazed by his genuine remorse and forgiveness.

“At first I thought he was trying to lure me in and kill me when I came back, but that wasn’t the case. He collapsed when I arrived, we hired a vehicle to take him to hospital but he quickly recovered and refused to be taken to hospital. He left his shoes in that rental vehicle, drove me into the house, poured his heart out, and assured me that he had truly forgiven me. I felt humbled and we agreed to find God to support our family and our marriage,” she explained.

The couple’s reunion, marked by an exchange of kisses and cake reminiscent of their 2014 wedding, was observed by Mbare residents, many of whom expressed disbelief at Zvenyika’s decision. A number of neighbors, particularly men, openly criticized his choice to pardon Mutokonya.

However, the couple are determined to move forward and are planning a joint anniversary celebration and reunion for Zvenyika’s 49th birthday, which falls on November 25.

“Arifonso turned 49 on November 25 but we couldn’t celebrate it because of my mistake. We decided to celebrate his birthday as well as our reunion because it’s so amazing. May I find grace before God and be purified,” Mutokonya said.

Zvenyika, in an interview with H-Metro, revealed the deep spiritual experience that led him to forgive his wife.

“For a normal person it’s strange, but people don’t know why I made this decision,” he explained.

The emotional toll of the situation had a significant impact on his health. “I got stressed out and my blood pressure went through the roof because of it,” he admitted.

His decision, he explained, stemmed from a profound spiritual awakening. “It was like a video of myself showing how I cheated and spent the money I made from my boxing career on multiple women. The spirit of God descended on me and some verses from the Bible were also conveyed to me through a vision and I came to my senses,” he revealed.

He cited a specific biblical passage regarding a woman caught in adultery, recalling the words of Jesus: “Akati kana pasina akambotadza ndiye ngaatange kupotsera ibwe vamwe vozopedzisa, pakashaikwa akatanga.” » “I am a sinner and who am I to judge another person? he questioned, pointing to his own past infidelities as the reason for his compassion.

“I have cheated several times, I saw the need to forgive my wife, to give her back my affection and love as well as to think about the future of my children. I must turn to God, who has true love, for strength and peace with my wife,” he explained.

Zvenyika acknowledged the skepticism surrounding his decision, saying: “I am aware that many men cannot believe this but, with God, everything is possible. Vangani varume vasirikuziva zvirikuitwa nemadzimai avo? Inyasha kuti Mwari vakuratidze.

He further explained his decision from a spiritual perspective, viewing the matter as a spiritual battle.

“I have fought many men with my hands, I have fought spirits and I have married a beautiful woman, I have enjoyed good food on my table. Nasty men are salivating for my beautiful wife and it’s not the first time. My late wife was also beautiful and she too was seduced. It is a spirit that is fighting me and I need Jesus Christ to fight this spiritual war. This does not need boxing gloves but spiritual gloves and I tell you that this time whoever seduces my wife will meet the wrath of God,” he said.

He also stressed the importance of his vows, saying: “I made some vows in front of a religious minister, in front of a magistrate in 2014 with my wife and we were blessed with three children and I must honor those vows . In good times and bad, I will never leave her side until death do us part. Evil men who chase away married women will suffer the consequences, hazvivhairise kuzivikanwa nechinzenza.

Finally, Zvenyika addressed the public fallout, apologizing to her in-laws for the public revelation of the affair and emphasizing her commitment to her family and her role as a mentor to young men.

“As a former boxer and trainer, I have young men that I train, I have young couples who come to me for advice. Discipline is part of our motto in boxing and we must have principles and let the barking dogs who chase our beautiful wives lie. I didn’t want to use my boxing to attack, ndavemunhu mukuru, handichafunga sepwere,” he concluded.
