Producer Mansi Bagla said, “We were very careful in choosing the right actors for this romantic film. Vikrant Massey is a veritable wealth of talent and his chemistry with debutant Shanaya Kapoor is truly captivating. Aarushi Nishank, a multi-talented actor from Uttarakhand, adds an authentic touch to the film. We really think they are the perfect choice for the characters in our film.

Produced by Mini Films and directed by Santosh Singh, the upcoming musical love story stars Vikrant alongside debutants Shanaya Kapoor and Aarushi Nishank.

Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, written by Niranjan Iyengar and Mansi Bagla, is being shot in Mumbai, Mussoorie, Dehradun and Europe.

Meanwhile, the “12th Failure” actor recently clarified that he is not retiring from acting; he’s just going on a long break to focus on his health and family.

In a statement, Massey said: “Acting is all I can do. And it gave me everything I had. My physical and mental health took a hit. I just want to take some time off, I want to improve my craft. I’m feeling a sense of monotony right now. “My message was misinterpreted as if I was quitting or retiring from acting. I want to take time to focus on my family and my health. I’ll come back when the time is right. IANS
