Punjab Education Department employees demand regularization scrutinized by new committee | Chandigarh News

Panel to review requests from Department of Education staff

Chandigarh: Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema and Minister of Education Harjot Singh Bains On Monday, meetings were held with four employee organizations of the Ministry of Education to discuss their demands. Cheema ordered the formation of a committee comprising officials from the education, personnel and finance ministries to examine the request for regularization of services raised by three employee organizations: AIE Kachhe Adhiypak Union, IERT Vishesh Adhiyapak Union and Sarva (Samagra) Shiksha Abhiyan/Mid Day Meal Daftri Karmchari Union. He told the union leaders that the committee would consider their demands sympathetically and submit its report soon. tnn
