    Lenovo Legion Go S: A version with SteamOS?

    The Lenovo Legion Go has a new S variant. The new variant includes a new controller and a long-term processor.

    Here are the characteristics of the leaks:

    • APU: AMD Ryzen Z2 Go, (8x Zen 3+, AMD Radeon 680M GPU)
    • Pictures: 8 inches, IPS-LCD, 1920 x 1200 pixels, 120 Hertz
    • Job specification: 16.0 GB LPDDR5 RAM
    • Akku: 55.5 Wh
    • Connectivity: Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3
    • Price : etwa 600 euros

    It’s not the hardware that’s the problem, but I think it’s the potential software. This is an image of the Legion Go S which appears, as shown on the handheld, in a white and black variant.

    And the black version bothers me. Now the white version of the Legion-Space-Button (at Lenovo launchers) is a black flavor with the Steam symbol – a suggestion for installing SteamOS.

    Naturally, you have this button on Steam on Windows, but isn’t the white version dense?

    I feel like I’m optimistic because the Lenovo Legion Go S of a user’s first handheld is Valve’s console management system in use. And for me, it’s even more.

    Legion Go 2: The best images will be even better

    Lenovo Plant Gerüchten and Leaks zufolge ach einen classic Nachfolger zum Lenovo Legion Go.

    This article is available in two versions:

    • with AMD Ryzen Z2 Extreme (AMD Strix Point)
    • with AMD Ryzen Z2 (AMD Hawk Point)

    The most modern variant with the Ryzen Z2 Extreme-Chip includes Zen 5 cores and 16 CU RDNA3.5 (Radeon 890M). The new Handheld is also more efficient and effective.

    I used to be interested in verbesserte material, but now much more than the new (vermeintlichen) Bildschirm. Lenovo wants to use the Legion Go 2 with an OLED panel. The remaining technical dates must be settled:

    • 8.8 inches diagonal
    • 144 Hertz Bildschirmwiederholrate
    • Resolution 2560 x 1600 pixels

    I now have the large image of the Lenovo Legion Go from my handheld in my personal favorites. The spring-loaded OLED display provides a massive upgrade for picture quality and also helps reduce power-on time.

    I’m sure the new laptop performs better when it comes to machining and a bigger battery is available. Dann dürfte er nahezu perfekt sein.
