Nigel Farage reveals what was really said during his meeting with Elon Musk | Politics | News

Nigel Farage has revealed what was actually said during his recent high-profile meeting with a billionaire entrepreneur. Elon Musk in the United States.

The British reform leader, alongside party treasurer and billionaire property tycoon Nick Candy, met the world’s richest man, Elon Musk.

The trio met at US President-elect Donald Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, where they discussed a number of issues.

Farage told GB News: “Two things we talked about. The margins by which Trump won in the seven key states. And the person behind that was one of them. Elon Musk.

“I spent an hour explaining to him what his strategy was – how he registered new voters, how he used various technological tools to get them to vote that day. I took lots of notes, I learned a lot.

“(Musk) has already been a huge help to me – understanding the process from start to finish, reaching out to disgruntled communities who feel there’s no point in voting for anyone. Just to get them to be supportive. agreement with you or to love me. TikTok – this is not enough, we must make them vote.

“Inevitably we discussed money. Now that’s a negotiation we’ll come back to and have again. He’s not against giving us money, he hasn’t completely decided yet that he would. If he did, it wouldn’t be the ridiculous figures in the Sunday Times report (£200 million).

“But the most important thing is what Musk told me: British politics is now one-party, there is not much to choose from. And he sincerely fears that the mother country of the English-speaking world will in the hits. He recognizes that Britain needs reform, he’s right behind me.

Farage then discussed the law regarding Elon Musk’s donations to the Reform Party, given that he is a US citizen originally from South Africa. He said “there are ways” for him to donate through British interests.

Elon Musk donated at least $260 million to Donald Trump’s election campaign. In exchange, Trump appointed him to head the currently non-existent “Department of Government Effectiveness.”

The friendly attitude toward Trump has proven profitable for industries seeking to avoid regulation. Oil and gas executives donated millions of dollars to Trump’s campaign, with the former president promising to “drill, baby, drill.”

Musk will also benefit from his investment in other ways. In the month that has passed since American electionhis net worth jumped by $170 billion. His company SpaceX has launched into the construction of spy satellites just when the Pentagon seems ready to invest billions in this market. Musk also reportedly tried to block Tesla workers from unionizing, and Trump is anti-union.

Humza Yousaf, former Scottish First Minister, today said alarm bells should be ringing “from top to bottom” on UK politics over the threat posed by Musk, given his reported plans to fund the far right .
