If you have one of the best kettlebellsyou’re only 15 minutes away from building a stronger core. This trainer-led workout targets your core muscles and abs, and is done entirely standing up. You just need space to move your body and the kettlebell and you are good to go.

The routine, designed by coach Roxanne Russell, is featured on her YouTube channel, Training with Roxanne. When I exercise at home, I like to follow video routines like this one. It’s a great way to ensure you learn the proper form of each movement while capturing the vibe of an exercise class, all from the comfort of your own space.

If you don’t have a kettlebell, Russell suggests replacing it with a dumbbell. One of best adjustable dumbbells is particularly convenient for this workout, allowing you to easily vary the weight between movements as needed.
