TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — The Tulsa Police Department (TPD) is seeking information from potential witnesses and victims during an arrest for lewd assault.

According to TPD, Luther Richardson was arrested Dec. 19 in Tahlequah.

The TPD Child Crisis Unit was notified of a lewd assault of a minor involving Richardson in November.

The case involved two children living in the Richardson apartment complex in east Tulsa.

On December 18, he was charged with four counts of lewd molestation of a minor.

During the investigation leading to his arrest, TPD determined that Richardson had multiple victims dating back to the 1980s.

Although not all cases can be prosecuted due to state legal limitations, detectives believe there may be other victims or witnesses who have information about Richardson that could be relevant to this case. investigation.
