International Workplace Group to expand PH hybrid workspace network

INTERNATIONAL Workspace Group (IWG), the world’s largest provider of hybrid workplace solutions, is set to expand its presence in the Philippines by more than 50 percent, launching 17 new locations under its Regus, HQ and Spaces brands.

These centers will open in key areas including Makati, Cavite, Batangas, Pampanga, Antipolo, Tuguegarao, etc.

As adoption of hybrid work accelerates, demand for flexible workspaces is skyrocketing. IWG’s expansion focuses on urban hubs and regional growth areas, offering private offices, meeting rooms and coworking spaces.

The initiative supports the “15-minute city” concept, allowing professionals to work close to home.

Highlights include the first Regus center in Antipolo, opening in March 2025 with Metro Retail Stores Group, and a new center in Lipa, Batangas, aimed at the evolving Calaba region.

IWG is also partnering with Aurora Subic Leisure Inc. to open a Regus Center in Subic Bay, combining professional workspaces with coastal charm.

By the end of 2025, IWG plans to have more than 50 centers in the Philippines, enabling businesses, especially SMEs, to expand regionally and globally.
