While we’re busy planning what to do with our leftovers, we may lose track of other important things, like how many Baileys we have left in the cupboard after Christmas Day.

We all know that large quantities of food and drinks, sandwiches, pigs in blankets, bubbles and squeaks and turkey are consumed during the holidays.

Fortunately, TESCO, Sainsbury’s, Asdaand the rest of the country’s retail giants will be on hand if you need last-minute supplies this holiday season.

Many stores will have different opening times over the festive period, while others may close completely for a few days to give their staff a well-deserved rest – but when will Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury’s open over Christmas?

Tesco Christmas opening hours

Christmas Eve: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Christmas Day: closed
Boxing Day: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Asda Christmas opening hours

Christmas Day: Closed
Christmas Day: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
