Guilderland police have identified the person they say started a fight at Crossgates Shopping Centre.

It happened on Monday, December 23 around 5:21 p.m., police said.

Donavan Graham, 27, allegedly fought with another person. Police told NewsChannel 13 that Graham was intoxicated.

No one was seriously injured and no weapons were involved, police said.

Graham was charged with a disorderly conduct violation. He is scheduled to appear in Guilderland Municipal Court at a later date.
