The actress said it all comes down to exercising two or three times a day. “I do a 15-minute workout here and there, it’s easy to do in front of the TV,” the leggy brunette told DailyMail.com.

“You can do leg lifts, lunges and sit-ups, just keep moving even if it’s silly, because any movement helps.”

She also said she’s trying to simplify her life: “I’m aiming for simplicity and cleanliness in all areas for spring: clean, fresh makeup, simple, clean lines for clothes.” Easy going food, fresh, clean and light, without heavy sauces. Simplify your life. The world is already complicated enough. Thoughts are powerful, so be aware of them. We are our thoughts!

In January 2024, she told DailyMail.com how to lose weight this Christmas.

The star said that if you really want to lose weight, you can, you just have to be careful about what you consume.

Alt said protein-rich morning shakes are a great way to start the day.

“Eating protein earlier in the day will help me feel fuller. So when I attend holiday parties in the evening, I tend to eat less.

“Then I eat something right before I go out. Fruit, usually, to fill me up.

“The initial protein load fills me up and the fruit fills me up,” the Vogue model noted.

And now the siren, who recently joined OnlyFans, has exclusively told DailyMail.com how to lose the Christmas weight to look stunning in 2024. Seen here in 1988.

It comes after Carol spoke exclusively to DailyMail.com about her powerful 15-minute workouts.

“This way I don’t eat too much. Sometimes I can make a soft fruit ice cream or a fresh fruit juice just before leaving.

And she makes sure to hydrate well.

“I drink water all evening because it keeps me full and keeps me hydrated.…Putting a lemon or lime in it also makes it look like I’m drinking something, so people don’t try to give me something because I am. empty-handed. Always have something on hand, says Carol.

And she shared a warning about alcohol.

“If you must drink alcohol, cut your drink with seltzer spritzers, tonic water, or simply cut your alcohol with water to get the flavor but not the calories,” noted the pin- up.

Then there’s the snack tray trick: If you have to snack, do it with vegetables: “If I’m going to a friend’s house, I always bring something I know I can eat.”

“So that I eat with everyone, raw vegetables are always the perfect recipe: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers.

“They’re tasty, you have to keep going back and picking them, or you can carry a small plate around while you’re mingling. You can eat it with your hands; you don’t have to carry around a knife and fork and get in the way,” she said.

“Lemon, cold-pressed olive oil and salt for dipping are also healthy.

Sleeping also suppresses your appetite: “The funny thing is that I’m always hungrier when I’m tired. So if you take an afternoon nap before going out for your holiday or New Year’s Eve celebrations, that can help too.

“You can do leg lifts, lunges and sit-ups, just keep moving even if it’s silly, because any movement helps.” Seen in the 1980s

And she also shared some other tips: “Doing a little exercise daily reduces your hunger. Never deprive yourself, but aim for healthy things. Eat a minimal amount so you can experience the taste without overeating.

In November, she spoke to DailyMail.com about her plans to join OnlyFans.

“Life is about being a non-conformist,” the New Yorker told DailyMail.com.

“Life experience is a powerful tool if channeled correctly,” added the leggy model who was the first brunette to grace the cover of Vogue and then star in films like A Merry Little Christmas.

“Only Fans is the next generation of revenue-generating content. It’s important to own your own content. Platforms like this are the future. Always evolve with the times,” added the star.

“I take risks, explore new ways to connect with audiences and fans.”

She also said that women should do what they want and be unapologetic about it. And don’t give up.

“I have been refused several times. And I found other ways to achieve my goals. People always say no first…You can’t let that slow you down,” she shared.

“The Kardashians have built a global empire by taking over new territories. The only limits you have are the ones you impose on yourself. Age is not a limitation. It’s just a limitation if you look at it that way,” she added.

“The key to life is to always live life exploring the new and unexplored. It keeps you young and keeps you relevant.

“Take time every day to try something new – something different and without excuses or self-judgment. We judge ourselves too much.

Alt wanted to remind fans that you only have one life, so never let other people’s opinions stop you from reaching your highest potential.

“After Covid, the world has changed, but the most important lesson I have personally learned is to live each day to the fullest without excuses or seeking approval from others,” she noted.

“It’s time to lease new land while paying special attention to our friends and neighbors.

“Sometimes people suffer from anxiety – depression and general apathy because they don’t see a path forward to living a life different from what society considers successful or normal – this is the reason for which I donate part of my income from this project to mental health causes.
