She spoke about the difficult experiences she has had over the past few months, both on her mind and her body.

Last month, Bertinelli said he felt “incredibly vulnerable” after experiencing a “very serious anxiety attack”.” She recalls: “I haven’t had one in a long, long time. A few hours ago, I was crying uncontrollably and my heart felt like it was pounding out of my chest. I couldn’t stop shaking. .”

“Luckily, these attacks have become much rarer, so this one surprised me a little today,” she noted, adding, “Anyway…that little bit of vulnerability is something you brought to you by someone who wants you to know you’re not alone.

Her body has also been through this this year, as she shared in October that she cut her arm after tripping “in the corner of a stage” and falling in front of the crew and audience. A month later, she revealed on Instagram that she also injured her knee, sharing a photo of it bandaged.

The Food Network star reflected on the things she the body has gone through this year and her acceptance in a post earlier this month, in which she shared a candid look at her body in the mirror while wearing a two-piece.

“At some point I will talk about the craziness my body has been through this year,” she wrote. “But right now, every bump, wrinkle, every sagging part of me feels an acceptance and a simple appreciation of standing in front of a mirror in a downtown Manhattan hotel bathroom, ready to color my roots late one day. Monday evening.”

However, this year has also been positive for Bertinelli, who noted that she has come a long way in accepting her body. She shared in a post earlier this month that “for the first time in my life, I love my body the way it is.”

“While it has been and continues to be a challenge, I am grateful for this journey and would never trade this body for my 20-year-old body. Never,” she shared alongside a mirror selfie posing in a black shirt and ripped jeans with black-rimmed glasses.
