Cool morning for Black Friday shoppers!

Frost watches are in effect in Allen, Evangeline and St. Landry parishes as temperatures are expected to drop below freezing before sunrise tomorrow. Protect your plants, outdoor plumbing and pets.

Colder temperatures are expected in northern Louisiana in the 20s, while in southern Louisiana it will be between 35 and 35 degrees.

Saturday evening, temperatures will rise slightly, but it will still be cold. Fortunately, afternoon temperatures today and into Sunday will range from the 50s to mid 60s, with sunny skies expected.
