“Ladies and gentlemen, we are proud to present a picaresque score of passing fantasy… Next year marks the 20th anniversary of A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out… Panic! returns home to Las Vegas for a special night at @whenwewereyoungfest to perform the album in its entirety (along with some of your other favorite Panic! At The Disco songs), “Panic! wrote via Instagram.

The caption ended with, “Get ready because it’s time to dance and it only happens in Vegas!” »

Urie, 37, left the group in January 2023 to focus on raising his child with his wife. Sarah Urie.

“Well, it’s been quite a journey. Growing up in Vegas, I could never have imagined where this life would take me. So many places all over the world and all the friends we made along the way. But sometimes a journey has to end for a new one to begin,” Urie wrote in a statement on Instagram. “The prospect of being a father and seeing my wife become a mother is both humbling and exciting. I’m looking forward to this next adventure,” Urie continued. “That said, I am going to end this chapter of my life and focus all of my attention and energy on my family, and with that Panic! There will no longer be a Discotheque.

He continued: “I truly can’t express in words how much this means to us,” Urie wrote. “Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just found us, it’s been a pleasure to not only share the stage with so many talented people, but also to share our time with you.”

There is also fan speculation regarding the possible return of the original member. Ryan Ross — who left the band in 2009. Ross, 38, was instrumental in the success of the first record, writing the album’s lyrics and serving as Urie’s lead guitarist and backing vocalist.

Other artists confirmed to perform at When We Were Young include PVRIS, Don Broco, Avril Lavigne, The Offspring, Weezer, All Time Low, The Used, Knocked Loose, Yellowcard, Motionless In White, Ice Nine Kills, Simple Plan and Alexisonfire .

When We Were Young will take place at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds for its fourth year on October 18, 2025. Ticket pre-sales begin Friday, November 1 at 10 a.m. PST.
