Dennis McCann has been pulled from his planned meeting with Peter McGrail after failing a drugs test.

Since turning professional in 2019, McCann has accumulated a record of 16-0-1 with eight knockouts.

Meanwhile, the former Commonwealth Games gold medalist McGrail is 10-1 with six knockout victories.

It is currently unclear whether the 28-year-old will remain on the card, which will happen in just eight days.

McGrail last fought in September, stopping Brad Foster in the second round in Sheffield.

Boxing fans should be treated to an enticing undercard despite the cancellation of McCann vs. McGrail.

Support includes a WBC International heavyweight title clash between Andrii Novytskyi and Edgar Ramirez.

Serhii Bohachuk vs. Ishmael Davis and Daniel Lapin vs. Dylan Colin preceded the main event.

British duo Moses Itauma and Johnny Fisher are also in action in separate bouts as they look to maintain their unbeaten record.

Of course, all eyes will be on Fury vs. Usyk.

The monster rematch was originally scheduled for fall 2024, but it was pushed back to allow for additional recovery from the first fight.

The heavyweight giants are finally set to meet again, with the winner then able to face Daniel Dubois.

Dubois retained the IBF title, which Usyk vacated after fighting Fury for the first time, against Antoine Joshua in September.
