The end of Outer Banks season 4 explained: discover the rest of the Pogues

Season 4 of Outer Banks was surely the craziest season ever seen in its entire long run. Well, indeed it has to be, because we’re nearing the end of the Pogues’ journey.

Meanwhile, the tenth episode of the final season is also the longest in the series’ history. Filled with shocking events, the season leads to a very exciting ending, which we will explain here.

Well, before we begin, it is essential to know that the words ahead will work as spoilers for you if you have not gone through the sequences depicted in the series. However, if you managed to watch the latest episode of Outer Banks– which will no doubt have his fans talking about what they witnessed – keep reading.

We see John B, Sarah and Rafe looking for the crown. It is then that they are joined by JJ and Kiara, while Pope and Cleo take shelter since the latter was shot by one of Dalia’s mercenaries.

Soon, due to a sandstorm, the group splits up with John B and Sarah looking for shelter, and Rafe, JJ and Kiara looking for a sculpture they apparently witnessed on their map .

After a short fight, during which Rafe buys time for JJ to climb the statue in search of the crown, killing two mercenaries, we see JJ arrive at the top of the sculpture.

JJ spots something in the sculpture’s eye and pulls out the blue crown. Meanwhile, Dalia targets JJ to shoot him. However, JJ spots her and he and Kirara escape danger.

Soon we see them both part ways as they return from the ruins. That’s when Kiara meets Groff, who was thrown into a well by Rafe, but somehow got out.

In the same episode, JJ sees Groff in the well, asking for his help. Moving forward, Groff holds a knife to Kiara’s throat while ordering JJ to hand over the crown.

Well, even though Groff gets the crown, he still stabs JJ, telling him he should have given him the rope while he was stuck in the well.

JJ falls to the ground, telling Kiara that he loves her, and soon he dies in her arms. John B then recalls all of JJ’s great moments and how he kept the group together.

The Pogues then drop their friend off at Agapenta, with Rafe telling them that Groff is now heading to Lisbon.

Rafe also says that if JJ were his friend, he would chase Groff, which Kiara agrees with.

The next time we see the Pogues, they’ll be out for blood.
