GRANT PARISH, Louisiana (KALB) – Three south Louisiana suspects were arrested for trying to smuggle cell phones, drugs and alcohol into the federal prison, according to the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Kolby Mitchell, 27, of Abbeville, Tayjha Alfred, 24, of New Iberia and Shemar Collette, 28, of New Iberia, were arrested for attempted introduction of contraband into a prison and possession of marijuana.
