Owners of Lakefront Winnetka Mansion seek $16 million

A lakefront mansion in Winnetka is poised to become the village’s latest high-end listing, adding competition for an already unusual number of ultra-luxury homes asking more than $10 million on the North Shore from Chicago.

The owners of the new Winnetka listing, Luke and Maggie Kelly, paid just under $6.19 million to acquire the property in 2017.
