Sagility Stock Price Live Updates: Shares of Sagility India Ltd today made a tepid debut on domestic stock indices. On NSE and BSE, Sagility India share price opened at ₹31.06 per share, up 3.53 percent from the issue price of ₹30.

Sagility India’s share price made a tepid debut on the stock market today, Tuesday, November 12. ₹29:10 on NSE, a 3% discount on the IPO price of ₹30, and at ₹29.36 on the BSE, a discount of 2.13%.

The healthcare services provider’s initial public offering (IPO) saw a healthy subscription level during its offering period.

A notice from the BSE has informed the trading members that from Tuesday, November 12, 2024, the shares of Sagility India Limited will be listed and available for trading on the stock exchange under the ‘B’ group of securities.

According to the notice, Sagility India shares will participate in a special pre-opening session (SPOS) on Tuesday, November 12, trading of which will begin at 10:00 am.

Sagility India’s share price was listed on the BSE and NSE stock exchanges.

The Sagility India IPO, which opened for subscription on Tuesday, November 5, was booked 3.20 times on the last day of offering on Thursday, November 7. The issue price range was set within the range of ₹28 to ₹30 per equity share, having a nominal value of ₹10. Infused Flagship Investors ₹945 crore in the company.
