Destiny 2 King’s Fall loot table

Kurt Perry

King’s Fall is a classic raid from the original game that returned to Destiny 2 during The Witch Queenoffering a stunning loot table that showcases some of the best weapons and armor in the looter shooter.

Originally published in The Taken King, King’s Fall was the third raid ever carried out in Fate. At the time, it was one of the toughest challenges the Guardians had ever faced, pushing even the best equipment to their limits. A decade later, players have long figured out its encounters, but there are still plenty of reasons to complete them.

Most notably, it offers several meta weapons that cannot be obtained elsewhere. Here’s everything you need to know about the King’s Fall loot table to help you get the most out of this replayed raid.

Exotic Weapon – Touch of Mischief

The Touch of Exotic Malice in Destiny 2.
  • Archetype: Kinetic Scout Rifle
  • Exotic Benefits: Touch of malice, loaded with scourge
  • Catalyst: Quick hit

Touch of Malice is received as random loot for defeating Oryx and successfully completing King’s Fall. It can be received on Normal and Master difficulty and has a base drop rate of 1 in 20 (5%), which can be improved by completing raid challenges.

Its exotic perks allow it to deal additional damage by tapping into the wearer’s life force, with subsequent quick kills then healing you to offset that damage. Landing Precision Shots also charges a devastating ball of darkness, which can be released to deal damage and blind nearby fighters.

As for its catalyst, Rapid Hit allows precise hits to increase stability and reload speed. This has natural synergy with Charged With Blight, as both require precision damage. To obtain this catalyst, you must solve a series of puzzles in the King’s Fall raid.

Is King’s Fall loot farmable?

Usually this raid will only drop one item per character each week, so you can’t keep farming it until you get the roll you want. However, if King’s Fall is the featured raid, this limit is removed, making work for divine rolls and weapons to craft much faster.
