Embracer Group sells Easybrain to Miniclip for $1.2 billion

The Embracere group has reached an agreement to sell the Easybrain operating group, which it acquired in 2021to Miniclip for a consideration of 1.2 billion US dollars, the company announcement. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the first months of 2025.
