LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The driver of a pickup truck is OK after crashing into a dry creek bed in Antelope Park Thursday afternoon.

Lincoln Fire and Rescue crews responded to the crash at the park south of Normal Boulevard around 4 p.m.

LFR said the driver was able to exit the vehicle by the time rescue crews arrived. He was taken to hospital by ambulance for tests, but did not appear to have serious injuries.

Lincoln police are investigating the cause of the crash.
