It’s been six years since the tragic death of model and longtime friend Sean “Diddy” Combs Kim Porterand the couple’s twin daughters, D’Lila and Jessie, paid tribute to their beloved mother on the anniversary of her death on Friday (November 15).

“We can’t believe it’s been 6 years without you,” the duo captioned a black and white photo of Porter holding the newborn twins, kissing one in the air while the other rests on his shoulder. “We think about you every second of the day. Diddy was arrested on September 17 in New York on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Since then, he has been denied bail twice and will remain in jail until his trial.
