TECNO Mobiles refreshes its foldable lineup with the launch of its new Phantom V2 series in India. The device is expected to launch this month, consisting of two models: the Phantom V2 Fold and the Phantom V2 Flip. The company has provided some key information about both phones, giving us an idea of ​​what to expect.

Phantom Folding V2

The Tecno Phantom V2 Fold features a massive 7.85-inch main display designed to deliver a superior foldable experience. There is also a 6.42-inch cover screen, which allows you to interact with the device without having to unfold it. Both displays feature LTPO OLED panels and 120Hz refresh rates. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC.

On the imaging front, the Phantom V2 Fold is equipped with a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32 MP camera on the inner screen and outside. The Fold packs a massive 5,750mAh battery that supports 70W fast wired charging and 15W wireless charging.

Phantom V2 Flip

The Tecno Phantom V2 Flip features a 6.9-inch FHD LTPO AMOLED inner display and a 3.64-inch AMOLED outer display, both with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset and equipped with a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide rear camera and a 50 MP front camera. 32 MP for clear selfies and video calls.

The Flip V2 has a 4,720mAh battery and comes with 70W fast charging support. The Flip V2 was designed for those who want a more compact, user-friendly foldable without sacrificing performance.

One of the most important features of the V2 Flip is its AI-based capabilities. Tecno has added tools such as AI Image Cutout, Magic Removal and Ella AI Writing, which provide consumers with enhanced photography and editing possibilities.

Tecno Phantom V2 price in India expected

The company has not revealed the price of its new foldable devices, but reports indicate that the devices could be launched for less than Rs 1 Lakh. The device will be available for purchase exclusively through the Amazon e-commerce platform after its official launch on December 6, a few days from now.
